Tri-Star Construction, Inc. specializes in commercial construction in the general North Texas Area. Tri-Star has completed hundreds of ground-up projects, including veterinarian, dental, medical, recreational, and general facilities ranging from 1,500 sq ft- 60,000 ft. Tri-Star has also completed hundreds finish-out projects, as well.

 

Tri-Star was established in 1986 by Leo Wehkamp and is now owned and operated by Randall S. Ahlfs. Randall earned his bachelor’s degree at North Dakota State University, started working at Tri-Star in 2000, became a vice president in 2006, and took ownership of the cooperation in 2014.

 

In the past 32+ years, Tri-Star has developed a loyal group of sub-contractors who aspire to Tri-Star’s philosophy of quality and customer satisfaction.

 

About half of our work is from competitive bids and the remainder negotiated. We have built a base of satisfied customers and get many referrals for new work. If design build is desired, we can produce preliminary drawings in-house and we work with several architects and engineers to finalize drawings. If desired, projects can be handled utilizing a construction management contract. Currently, we have eight very qualified, conscientious Job Superintendents overseeing our work.
